I heard from a mutual friend of Paul’s, Deborah Moore, that she saw the news of his passing back in January. Paul was a good friend and co-worker of mind at North Carolina State University. My condolences go out to Paul’s family and girl friend.

I worked with Paul at EWA GSI. We were both hired at EWA around the same time and shared an office for several months. He never failed to make me laugh with his quirky sayings and positive outlook on life. Such a genuinely good guy. He will be missed!

I only just learned of his passing, so I’m sorry I was unable to attend the funeral. To his family and girlfriend, Pam (he spoke of you all often) – my sincerest condolences. I’m glad I got to know him as a coworker; but more importantly, as a friend.

Sincerely, Eric West

I am sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. I knew him when he was a student at Glenville State College and as a former alumni director (retired) for the College, I also knew him as an alumnus. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family during this difficult time.

Paul was my friend, and we confided in one another often since we worked together in WV, up until a week or so before his passing. We had so many similar experiences, so we understood each other's concerns & thinking processes. He was so looking forward to his newly-found happiness with his work situation, his NC connections, and Pam. He was very close to, and proud of, his family; he very often spoke of brother Griff. He was a patriot, very proud of his Military service. I believe he accomplished quite a bit in life. He will be missed. Tom Simpson, Freedom PA.

I am sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. Paul and I taught together at Jane Lew many years ago. Our classrooms were across the hallway from each other so we had many enjoyable conversations while on hallway duty. May your memories bring you comfort in this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
