Victor Lee Koon, 70, of Weston passed away on Monday, July 6th, 2020 following an extended illness at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on September 15, 1949 in Weston, WV and where he was a lifelong resident for 70 years. He was the son of the late Howard Koon and India Blake Koon. On October 1st, 1976 he married Dianne (McCall) Koon , who survives.

He is also survived by two sons: Kevin Koon of Weston, WV and Scott Koon and wife Kayla of Morgantown, WV, and two grandchildren: Levi and Isaiah Koon.

Mr. Koon was a graduate of Lewis County High School in 1968. He was a supervisor for the WV Department of Highways for 49 years. He was an entrepreneur for Lake Tree Foods and Lake Tree Rentals. He enjoyed golfing, basketball, and spending time with family.

Family and friends will be received at the Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 North Main Avenue of Weston, WV on Friday, July 10th, 2020 from 4 to 7PM with a private funeral service on Saturday, July 11th, 2020 at 1PM from the Hardman Family Funeral Home chapel with Pastor David Riddle officiating.
